State Authorization Complaint Process
ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú participates in the State Authorized Reciprocity Agreement (SARA)
and is committed to providing students with clear communication and information
regarding the instructional experience at the College. In the event that a student’s
experience is different from what was expected, ºÚÁÏÀÏ˾»ú has a published complaint
procedure intended to rectify any situation a student may encounter. In the event that
the institution’s process does not fully address the student’s concern, the student has
the opportunity to file a complaint using the that provides guidance on
the State Authorization Portal and the NC-SARA complaint process.
